It is well known that the Paris Agreement requires the mobilization of private sector investments to achieve its ambitious targets. Odyssey Energy Solutions provides tools for financial and technical analysis that helps to (1) standardise small projects, so they can be analysed through the same lens by investors, as well as making it easier for (2) projects to be aggregated and potentially pooled for investors to address the issue of investment size.

UNDP under its NDC Support Programme promotes an inclusive participation of private sector to achieve the climate and sustainable development goals, and through the Odyssey platform, renewable enegy projects can be designed in a way that is more conducive to private investment.

This webinar will introduce Odyssey’s tools for financial and technical analysis which allow for the project developer as a user, to quickly gather the information an investor needs for efficient and streamlined review of projects.

There will be a following webinar from on 29th January at 11am-12pm to introduce the tools Odyssey provides to help the monitoring and analysis of ongoing energy projects.
