The Global NDC Conference 2019 contributes to the implementation and updating of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) in 2019. It aims to inspire and enable policy makers and practitioners to accelerate the pace and scale of transformational change via NDC implementation in order to reach the long-term goals of the Paris Agreement.
The conference brings together representatives from national and subnational governments, sectoral, women, finance, environment and planning ministries, think tanks, the private sector, financial institutions, NGOs, and multilateral and bilateral organisations – all of whom are involved in the implementation of NDCs. 350 participants are expected to attend.
This year's Asia-Pacific Climate Week takes place from 6 to 9 July 2021, and is hosted by the Government of Japan. It will include virtual thematic sessions that take the pulse of climate action in the region, explore climate challenges and opportunities, and showcase ambitious solutions.

The Asia Pacific Regional Dialogue: Turning Climate Promise into Inclusive Action, takes place from 23 - 25 March 2021. It aims to facilitate knowledge sharing, good practices and lessons learnt on how to integrate inclusivity and gender equality into climate policy and implementation, in the context of the new normal.
