This may include project launches, stakeholder consultations, validation of climate actions, knowledge sharing and capacity building workshops or clinics, field visits, or press conferences.

Here in Vietnam, we know that the country will not be able to leap to the next stage of economic development without investment capital and innovation from the private sector. The agricultural sector plays a key role in the Vietnamese economy. In 2018, it accounted for 14.47 per cent of the GDP, and its export turnover reached a new record of more than $40 billion.

This interactive workshop brought together representatives from Ugandan companies across different sectors including renewable energy and energy efficiency, waste management, biomass and manufacturing, and transport and logistics. Representatives from financing institutions, community-based organizations, international development and UN agencies, and the Government of Uganda.
