Private sector finance and investments will be needed to achieve Kenya’s NDC goals. The country’s private sector is already contributing to climate change mitigation and adaptation efforts, however there is need for enhanced action and coordination to fully realize the potential of the sector in climate change response. The objective of the workshop was to develop a private sector engagement framework in the context of NDC and NCCAP implementation.
